Please have your CCSF Student ID number ready.

Make sure your declared Major is updated before your appointments. You can update your major here.

After you complete your booking, your appointment details will be sent to your CCSF (@mail.ccsf.edu) email.

If you make a phone appointment, note that the counselor may call from a blocked/unknown number. Be sure to answer calls and have access to online resources at your scheduled appointment time.

    • VETS: If you are a Veteran and plan to use your VA benefits, please go to: Veterans Office.

    Cancellations: If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel 24 to 48 hours in advance through CCSF Counseling or email academiccounseling@ccsf.edu
